【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsfortowercranes.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestotowercranesforconstructionwork,whichareeithererectedbypartsorselferectingcranes.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomobilecranes,mobileharbourcranes,crawlercranes,slewingjibcranes,bridgeandgantrycranes,offshorecranes,floatingcranes,loadercranes,handoperatedcranesorrailwaycranes.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotowercranes,whenusedasintendedandunderconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards(seeClause4).ThesignificanthazardscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardareidentifiedinClause4.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverhazardsrelatedto:?theliftingofpersonsbythetowercraneitself;?theclimbingsystem.TherequirementsrelatedtoElectromagneticcompatibility(EMC),thespecifichazardsduetoexternalinfluenceonelectricalequipment,potentiallyexplosiveatmospheresandionisingradiationarenotcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletotowercraneswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisEuropeanStandard.
